DESCRIPTION
E 70th & 2nd Ave 1BR/1BA Massive Layout in Lenox Hill. *Price Won't Last*

Located conveniently right up the street from the 69th street entrance to the 72nd Street station sits your new home right in the heart of Lenox Hill. Target and Mortons Grocery are a block away as well as tons of shopping and restaurants the UES has at your disposal, all while located on a tree lined street that stays relatively quiet.

Your living room is massive, big enough for any furniture arrangement and plenty of room to fit a desk if you need to finish work from home. Double exposure brings the natural light in and every room in this unit has exposure.

Kitchen has a larger floor plan given it is eat-in style and has been recently updated with beautiful white stone countertops, custom cabinetry and beautiful stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and microwave.

Bedroom can host the king sized bed it was meant for with additional furniture so you can utilize this massive room to its full potential. Spacious walk in closet can store all the professional fits and the casuals with room to spare for the travel bags you have.
Bathroom has your classic black/white tiling that reminds you the history of the area but the updated medicine cabinet mirrors and under sink storage for all the essentials remind you they took time for the modern upgrades throughout.

Your 2 blocks east from the 4/5/6 and 2 west from the Q/N/R/W lines, Central Park is 2 Aves away headed west and theres shopping/dining/grocery/bars and plenty of nightlife thriving in this area.

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their 20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.

With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.

Boundaries of Upper East Side

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
