I’ve moved six times in the last six years for work, and have not had any good experiences with realtors, UNTIL I MET adira!! Not only does she know all boroughs like the back of her hand, (like, scary well) she extremely professional, kind, will answer your texts at all hours of the night and day, works QUICKLY, knows every single property manager in Manhattan, and makes it happen. I was in between two buildings and she insisted I go for the one that was significantly cheaper even though she would get paid less, and she helped me negotiate $150 off my monthly rent without me even asking. Such a gem. the realtor fee was worth every penny.

She would check in each day with videos going through apartments she had found that fit in my criteria, capturing all the rooms, including checking the water pressure as well, which I missed in my earlier apartment searches.
