I can't sing Adira's praises enough! You can tell she is dedicated to the job by how hard she works to provide timely, updated information. She provided me with multiple apartments information, well into the early hours of the morning, and then immediately met me in person only a few hours later to tour be in person. Renting is STRESSFUL, Adira is such a friendly, genuine face that made me feel at ease for the 30 minutes we got together. You can tell she sincerely has your best interest at heart. It has been such a pleasure!

### Recommendation / Testimonial I had a wonderful experience working with Adira Halley during my apartment search in New York. As someone who had recently relocated to the U.S., I was navigating the NYC rental process for the first time, and Adira was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, clearly explained the application requirements and next steps, and was especially helpful in coordinating with the landlord and management while I worked through the guarantor process. Communication was always quick and straightforward, which made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I really appreciated how supportive and professional Adira was from the viewing through the application process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in New York.

Adira has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire apartment search. She is incredibly responsive, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the right home for her clients. Adira is the absolute best. I've moved 7 times in the past 10 years and she's the best I've ever worked with. She genuinely cares, and she wants her clients to feel heard and understood, and she won't give up until she finds you the perfect home. Adira is wonderful to work with! She was constantly sending me apartments and always responding quickly. It was hard for me to keep up sometimes! As the mom of someone navigating the NYC apartment search, I can’t express how grateful I am for Adira. From the moment my daughter connected with her through a StreetEasy listing, Adira went above and beyond. She was responsive, reliable, and truly cared about finding the right fit—not just any apartment. Knowing my daughter had someone so trustworthy and dedicated on her side gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Adira to anyone searching for a home in the city.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Adira was definitely a 10. I had spent months looking for an apartment in NYC, and as a recent graduate, I faced several challenges securing a lease. Adira made the process so much smoother and worked hard on her end to expedite everything. I definitely recommend her.

Adira was very helpful and professional! She was responsive and followed up with any questions that I had. Would be happy to work with her again in the future!

10/10 Adira is an incredible broker! Anyone I know who is moving, I send them to her. She’s very friendly, works within your budget (she’s not in this for the crazy broker fees!) and was so well aligned and focused on our goals during the process. We wanted a good kitchen and have a big dog and she was always honest and practical about places that didn’t meet that criteria, so it was easy giving feedback and letting her know what we did and didn’t like. Throughout the whole process Adira instilled a sense of trust and confidence in us that we’d end up somewhere we loved (and we did)!!

Adira was a great realtor to work with! She was always responsive and answered all my questions (which i had a lot of). Would recommen

I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment, and I highly recommend Adira to anyone looking for a place in NYC!

Adira was involved since the beginning of my request for a studio in Murray Hill. We visited 4-5 units in the same afternoon, very spontaneous and patient, we got in touch again to finally find my appartment in UWS after a change in my research. Thank you again, I recommend Adira for her efficiency and she kept on trying solutions. Adira is professional and involved in what she does.

Fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very knowledgeable about the area and willing to work to find you best home. Highly recommend

Adira is truly the best of the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure you find an apartment you love that fits all your parameters. I have never worked with anyone who cares so much and is so eager to help and make sure you’re happy. I’m so grateful for all her guidance through what can otherwise be an extremely stressful and competitive process. You won’t regret working with Adira!

Adira was fantastic to work with! She was incredibly attentive, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always available no matter the time of day. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire process so much easier. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, quick and super helpful throughout the proces

Adira was so wonderful to work with! She was always kind and helpful from the time she showed me the apartment and throughout the entire application process. Moving can be such a stressful time and I was so lucky to have her guiding me through! I highly recommend working with Adira if you ever get the chance :)

Adira was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive, organized with the paperwork required, and flexible as she gave us alternatives to ensure we quickly submitted our applications. We even forgot to take measurements of the unit and she went back on New Year’s Eve to take them for us. Highly recommend!

Adira was fantastic - she worked very hard to stay in communication with us and showed us terrific apartments. We would highly recommend her & would love to work with her again in the future.

As an international student and first-time renter, finding an apartment in NYC was an incredibly challenging experience. However, Adira Halley made the process seamless and stress-free. Within less than 48 hours of showing me an apartment, I had signed the lease and secured my new home. Adira is not only professional and efficient but also genuinely caring and patient. She took the time to understand my needs and worked tirelessly to ensure I could move in as quickly as possible. Her dedication and expertise made all the difference. I am deeply grateful to Adira for her help and will absolutely recommend her to my college friends who are also struggling to find housing in the city. Thank you, Adira!

Very proactive and quick to respond. Sent loads of helpful listings and guided me through the process very well

10/10 would recommend Adira. This is my second move in NewYork and BY FAR the easiest. She was so flexible with the viewing times of the unit, when the first wasn’t the one she kept looking and we ended up finding the perfect place for me. She responded fast when I had questions about the lease and even took a special trip to the unit to measure a nook for me. Will be contacting Adira to assist with my next move!!!

Adira has been incredible. She has shown me apartments upper east side, upper west side, midtown, downtown. On a scaling 1 to 10 with 10 being best, Adira is an 11.

Adira is an anomaly to the typical NYC realtor experience. She is friendly, thoughtful, helpful, and genuine. After working with a handful of unfriendly brokers and realtors who just wanted their cut, it was beyond refreshing to work with someone who wanted to help me and not themselves. What sets Adira aside from other realtors is that she listens to wants and needs, and only shows units she thinks would be a good fit. She is incredibly prompt, always sends clear tour videos, and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. I couldn't recommend her more!! Thank you :)

Adira was diligent in looking for an apartment with me, and sent me many options that fit the characteristics I listed. She was also really easy to stay in touch with over Whatsapp and text, and gave me useful information about the ongoing rental market. I really enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to other apartment-seekers!

Adira Halley is easily one of the most responsive, caring, and truly hardworking agents I have ever worked with. It is a privilege to have someone in your corner throughout this daunting process, and it has been a pleasure to have her in ours. Thank you, Adira, for all of the hardworking and constant messaging and communicating and leveraging, etc. She is truly one of the best agents to work with.

Adira was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately our circumstances changed and we didn’t end up renting an apartment but she went above and beyond.

As someone that recently moved to this country, I couldnt have wished and expected for better in terms of leasing experience. Adira provided this with patience, professionalism and being sincere all the time. She has always been there when I needed help and had questions to ask, she has been patient enough to answer and help on everything, professional and friendly. I am 10/10 likely to recommend working with Adira Halley to a friend, a family member, even someone walking randomly on the street. Trust me, you can’t ask for any better!

I had an excellent experience working with Adira! She helped me find an apartment quickly and made the entire process incredibly smooth. What impressed me most was how easy she was to work with—she understood exactly what I was looking for and found me an apartment in no time. I highly recommend Adira to anyone searching for a new apartment in NYC!

Adira has been SO helpful throughout the rental process - she’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable with the unit, even going back another time to help me take measurements. She is very responsive and communicative.

Excellent experience. Responsive and helped me get through the process. Videos and photos of the unit, and walked me through signing the lease. All around professional and considerate.

I had the chance to work with Adira. She is as professional as she is human and willing to find the perfect place for each one. I strongly recommend her, her energy and compétences. And I thank her for helping me in finding a home.

We worked with Adira to help our son find a new apartment. Adira was a tireless worker and truly understood what we were looking for and wanting. Adira found good candidates very quickly. Sent us videos to do a quick preview and information on each, plus was able to set up viewings after work for our son each day. Adira wanted success for us and as quickly as possible as we were in a time crunch. She's a hard worker, polite and knowledgable. We are so pleased with all the help Adira gave us. I can highly recommend Adira Halley as your agent.

Very professional and helpful, would highly recommend working with her.

Adira is very responsive to our questions and made the process of finding an apartment very efficient. I would recommend her to friends and family based on her wonderful performance. 9/10

Very responsive and willing to help answer questions thoroughly.

Adira was exceptional in helping my partner and I in our first apartment hunt in NYC. As a non-new yorker, I've heard of many challenges regarding how the renters market in NYC can become. Adira kept it real, made it a very smooth process for us and she was on top of all of our inquiries when we first ventured out. We flew to NYC from out of state for apartment viewings with Adira and each time she was punctual and was in constant communication with us during our trip. What made her stood out was that she was attentive to our needs and was very organized in her arrangements which resulted in viewings going smoothly. My partner and I found her to be extremely professional, personable and proactive to our queries and needs in our housing. Each time we had a query about the contract or the unit we viewed, she was prompt and got back to us with answers soon enough. What else can I say, she's also very friendly and has great vibes! I highly recommend Adira and her services. Thank you for making our experience in apartment hunting smooth in NYC!

Very efficient and proactive service. Extremely helpful.

Adira was the best and super helpful. She was not pushy in any way and I truly appreciated her honest feedback on each apartment (I never felt like she was trying to push me or sell me into anything wouldn't like). Apartment hunting is a stressful time and it's very helpful to have someone like her creating spreadsheets of options, keeping you organized and actually listening to your requirements. 10/10 recommend!!!

I never write reviews and I had to because of the quality of service Adira provides. I’ve lived in NY for 20+ years and she’s the best broker / agent I’ve worked with. Not only is she thoughtful about suggestions, but she’s always available and the hardest working agent I’ve met. I really value responsiveness, availability, thoughtfulness and market knowledge and she spiked across the board.

Adira is so great to work with, always very flexible, has lots of options for you to consider, and is very knowledgeable about the city. Highly recommend working with her, as she makes finding a place so easy!

I would definitely recommend Adira to my friends and/or family. It definitely shows that she cares about her client as a person, not just as a client. She took the time to understand my situation and desires, and was very responsive whenever I had a question about the process.

Adira was an amazing broker to work with. She went out of her way to help me finding my apartment. She took time to understand exactly what I was looking for in the neighborhoods specified by me. She is not someone who will spam your inbox with options outside your desired neighborhood or with options which doesn’t meet your criteria - it was very important to me.

Adira was incredible helpful and honest about every unit she showed me. Worked with my schedule and my friend to show a unit in person because I live out of state. Would absolutely work with her again!

She has been really helpful since day 1. Found the apartments matches what I am looking for and helped me all the way through until the last steps. Highy recommending her whether you want to rent an apartment or buy one.

Always available, reliable and responding immediately to all of my questions. With plenty of connections to find the best apartments on and off listing, definitely recommended!

Very nice and helpful. Takes the time to listen to what you're looking for and aims to answer all of your questions

Adira was lovely to work with. She provided me with all the information I needed, and I felt very supported throughout the entire process. Would recommend working with Adira to all friends and family. I would rate her a 10/10!

Adira was able to show me several apartments that fit what I was looking for! She is extremely responsive and communicated with me throughout the process. I definitely recommend working with Adira on your apartment search and I would work with her again.

Adira is truly a breath of fresh air and was able to help me through the process of signing my dream apartment! I reached out and within two hours she showed me the unit and then brought me back the next morning to see it in daylight! I would highly suggest Adira.

Adira had a wide variety of options for me to view during my apartment search and her videos were helpful. Thank you

Adira has been a wonderful help. She is persistent with listings and provides honest and thoughtful comments on those potential listings. She follows up quickly and is always available to help. Highly recommend

Adira was amazing to work with. She was punctual and proactive. She took time to listen to our needs and found the best matches in safe and comfortable neighborhoods. We appreciated her intentionality with us while we saw many apartments in just a few days. I highly recommend Adira. She's a Manhattan expert!

I had the pleasure of working with Adira Halley on finding an apartment in NYC. Adira was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. I was very picky in finding an apartment that meet all my needs. I felt heard and Adira over a couple of weeks remained closely connected with me, showed me fantastic apartments and was always incredibly responsive. I appreciated Adira's support in helping me find a wonderful home and highly recommend her as a broker to use in the city. I will be referring family & friends to her when they're in need of an apartment in NYC. Ty so much Adira!

Adira was invaluable during my New York City apartment search. It was my first time apartment hunting in the city, and Adira made the process smooth and easy. She eased my stress by continually searching for apartments that fit my parameters, sending inquiries, setting up tours, and answering all of our many questions. She was in constant communication with us regarding new units she found and the status of applications we submitted. I highly recommend working with Adira for your next New York City apartment search.

From the moment we contacted Adira, she went above and beyond to find apartments that fit our criteria. She sent multiple videos of available spaces—before even meeting us—to help us narrow down our search. Adira was responsive and available and helped us understand the application process clearly. She also gave us time after each showing to process our thoughts without pressure. She is hard-working and kind and I highly recommend working with her!

Adria is easy to work with, very friendly, and was extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the apartment search and move in process. She helped make things as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Adria without any hesitation or reservation.

Adira was not only timely, organized, and professional but she genuinely cares and shows that effort constantly. She gave good advice, searched for places just in case anything could happen (which it did and he new finds saved the day), and ultimately made this process as easy and simple as possible for us. We're grateful and would recommend everyone to go to her for your real estate needs.

If you're looking for the best broker in NYC, search for Adira. We came in contact with many brokers in NYC but none of them were as good as her. She's the hardest worker, working even late at night. She will promptly respond to all your messages and will get things done. We did not know anything about renting in NYC but Adira had so much helpful information. She was very efficient and helped us navigating very stressful NYC renting process. We were very lucky to have her as our broker. Thanks for everything you've done for us Adira.

Adira did an excellent job helping me find an apartment in the Upper East Side. She is always available and responsive. She set up showings very quickly. Even after my application was rejected for one unit, she quickly set up a showing for another unit in the same building. I was able to get approved for that one the same day. The process moved fast with her help. She has been very professional and pleasant to speak with as well. I would definitely recommend her to work with finding an apartment.

I have worked with Adira for two years and I can affirm that she is an excellent professional, committed and with an enormous human quality. No one understood my particular situation like she did and she worked tirelessly to help me find a residence that fit my needs. I only have feelings of gratitude towards her and I recommend 100% to work with her. 12/10

Adira was an incredible help in my apartment search. She has unmatched energy and worked morning, noon, and night to find great options all around Manhattan for me and my two pups. She delivered top notch service and would highly recommend! Thank you Adira!!!

Adira was very responsive and helpful in finding me an apartment. Would definitely recommend her and would work with her again.

Adira was EXTREMELY helpful. I had easily looked at 20 apartments on my own before meeting Adira. She was very patient with my requests and diligent with finding my the right place. She’s informative, detailed (takes videos and measurements of units to avoid wasting time) and transparent. Adira works in the best interest of her clients. I would rate her as a 12/10.

Adira made it so easy for us to find a nyc apartment while we were in Virginia!

I 100% recommend you partner with Adira Halley as your rental representative! She truly puts in the hard work and due diligence needed. She is persistent and very experienced in finding a suitable apartment/home within your parameters. Her communication frequency is amazing! She will send you detailed notes, videos, photos, and whatever else you may need! She's a fiduciary representative for you (the tenant) and only has your best interest in mind. Adira has gone above and beyond in helping me find an apartment in Manhattan and I wouldn't have been able to go through this entire process without her in my corner. Thank you for all of your hard work, Adira! I truly appreciate your partnership through this exhausting process of finding a home in Manhattan.

Very responsive, very easy to work with. Would recommend her to any prospective tenant for those looking in NYC!

Adira is a very sweet and kind lady! She took all my requirements into account and made sure that I found the best rental I could within my budgets. I highly recommend her as your broker.

I’ve moved six times in the last six years for work, and have not had any good experiences with realtors, UNTIL I MET adira!! Not only does she know all boroughs like the back of her hand, (like, scary well) she extremely professional, kind, will answer your texts at all hours of the night and day, works QUICKLY, knows every single property manager in Manhattan, and makes it happen. I was in between two buildings and she insisted I go for the one that was significantly cheaper even though she would get paid less, and she helped me negotiate $150 off my monthly rent without me even asking. Such a gem. the realtor fee was worth every penny.

Adira is such an excellent professional. She supported me through all the renting process, as I just arrived in NY and was not familiar with this Real State market. In New York’s fast paced environment, you need an agent that is fast, and Adira is. I would recommended her.

Adira helped me out while I was looking at apartments on the Upper East Side. She was the 7th broker that I spoke with that day, but she took the time to find out more about what I was looking for to help her find a good match. Searching from out of state, this was very appreciated because I needed someone in my corner. When you have so many options to sift through online and on the apps, it's helpful to have someone who understands the market and has that extra bit of detail that you need to find a great spot. She would check in each day with videos going through apartments she had found that fit in my criteria, capturing all the rooms, including checking the water pressure as well, which I missed in my earlier apartment searches. I will definitely keep her posted when I look for my next apartment. Thanks, Adira!

I had a great experience working with Adira! I was searching for something very specific and she was always quick to send me new listings that came on the market, as well as to set up showings. I highly recommend working with her!

Adira Halley did an excellent job from beginning to end. I highly recommend her to make the transaction as stress-free as possible.

Great experience working with Adira Halley! She kept at it til she found the perfect apartment for me. Adira goes above and beyond in her effort to locate a good match of apartments. She really listens to what the "must haves" are, so you don't waste time looking at alot of places you dont want. I highly recommend working with Adira Halley to find your next home!
