What does the net effective price mean? Net Effective is essentially the amount being paid to the landlord in the life of the lease. You will pay the "gross price" (actual price) for the life of the lease MINUS the free month(s). In the end, you would have paid that "net effective" price at the end of the lease.
Actual rent is $3250.
