DESCRIPTION
New remodel and NO FEE!! Super nice Studio in Prime Park Slope, Coveted tree-lined street.

With it's high ceilings and proximity to 7th Avenue in Center Slope, this makes for a perfect place for the young professional or student on a budget without sacrificing comfort. Recently remodeled bath, large windows, steps to park, near trains -- It has it all!

Building amenities are great -- washer and dryers are in the basement along with your own personal storage unit! Similar storage units rent for $200 a month and you have to drive to them...

As mentioned, the location is prime -- Center Slope so it's close to everything people look for in this neighborhood: Prospect Park, fine dining, Blue Bottle Coffee, boutique shops are all at your feet.

If you've got a furry friend, they're welcome with this owner, (he's one of my favorites- good guy and he always keeps his buildings well maintained.) All this and the owner is paying the fee!

Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
