Agent Profile
"My job is to make the process of finding a new home as easy and pleasant for you as possible. I pride myself on giving the best of myself to my clients every time, as well as on being able to prioritize the needs of all parties in a transaction to ensure success and satisfaction with my work."

A native and current resident of Brooklyn, Marvin graduated with a BA degree from Skidmore College. He previously worked in chemical research at the University of Rochester and Hunter College, then was employed in a series of service jobs before getting his real estate license.

With experience managing and renting out his family's multi-unit property, Marvin gravitated towards a career in the NYC residential market. Property management taught him to be organized and methodical in accomplishing tasks, and to work diligently to both buffer problems and resolve them in a timely manner.

Marvin's friendly, affable nature and desire to exceed service expectations leave positive impressions on people. He also wins clients with his conscientiousness, knowledge, warmth and energy. Marvin specializes in the Midtown East and the Lower East Side/East Village neighborhoods, but can find you a rental no matter where you want to live in Manhattan.

Fluent in French, he spent four months in Paris while he was in school and enjoys listening to French music. Marvin is passionate about self-teaching on a variety of subjects. He is a science nerd whose interests range from biology, chemistry and physics to business and finance, to sociology and psychology. Marvin is also an avid bicyclist who loves to peddle as his main mode of transport.
