We are looking for a family or responsible tenant to sublet our home for month of July. June 20- July 1st dates are also available if you are interested. No more than 2 adults and one child total.
Its a large open space loft with 2 bedrooms and recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. It's a unique authentic artist loft where my husband grew up and we are looking for a responsible tenant for July. The space is family friendly and has a crib.
Interiors are 22ft wide with 10ft ceilings. The front of the loft lends itself to be a double size living Room - opening to a generous dining room - now home to a large table surrounded with 6 chairs - across from a renovated kitchen. Continue through and you arrive at 2 bedrooms ( 1 full loft bed with crib, one Primary bedroom with King bed) Each with two large north windows with nice light. One recently renovated bathroom.
Central TriBeCa location. Walk up building. Sunlight through 4 oversized windows - past the Staple Street skybridge to Jay Street with views and light continuing through to Duane Park. This view is understandably a favorite of many notable photographers. Its a quiet block and easy access to Whole Foods, restaurants shops, cafes.
Miele Washer / Dryer, Bosch Dishwasher, Spectrum Cable, WIFI and Smart TV. Large AC that cools down the main space quickly. Additional AC units in each bedroom. Utilities included in the price. Keypad entry.
Owner of space with my husband and daughter. Native New Yorkers. We will be the contact people and have very friendly neighbors.

Sublease Agreement, Months rent and 1 month deposit upfront.

Originally used for farmland after the colonization of the
Dutch, the land was given to Trinity Church in 1705. The church
would own the area for over 100 years, building separate churches
