If interested in a stay past Jan 1, I'm open to stays through as long as May (I have a lot of flexibility on when I'll come back)

The apartment is a 5th floor (with elevator) one-bedroom. There's a small gym and laundry in the basement. The apartment has a TV. It's very clean and simply furnished.
