DESCRIPTION
Welcome to The Leah at 61 Clarkson, a new icon of Brooklyn modernity positioned less than 2 blocks from the Q Train, 4 blocks from the 2 Train, and a short walk to the F line. Boarding Prospect Park, The Leah is inspired by and embraces an ease with bright spaces that incorporate the outdoors.
Carefully considered and impeccably appointed, each exquisite residence exudes a refined timelessness designed with an elevated allure in mind. The kitchens at The Leah suggest a luxe modern California esthetic with custom cabinetry framed by a sleek combination of matte white and oak cabinet finishes. Calcutta quartz slabs and Summit appliances enhance its elegance.
Bathrooms feature expansive shower-tub combinations, oversized backlit mirrors and vanities finished in walnut. Chrome fixtures in the kitchen and bath and modern black entry doors complimented by black door knobs speak for the taste level at The Leah.
At The Leah the intention is to erase the indoor outdoor boundary with private outdoor glass balconies. Most apartments offer expansive private terraces, while one unique duplex offers a private backyard. With only two homes per floor, and laundry room onsite, the elevator entry roof deck beacons among a beautiful city backdrop and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The Leah offers elevated design with a sophisticated natural palate. Perfectly situated on the border of Prospect Heights and Park Slope, in a welcoming, walkable enclave. The exclusive collection of 11 apartments presents the opportunity for exceptional living on a truly luxurious level exclusive to you. When calling refer to RentHop Elliman ID 22866875

FLATBUSH
Just below Prospect Park is the residential neighborhood of
Flatbush. Quiet and calm, yet still close to the action, Flatbush
is a popular neighborhood with families and young professionals
alike due to its proximity to the park, fabulous restaurants, and
easy access to other parts of the city.
Established in 1651, Flatbush went by the name of "Midwout" when
it was still a young Dutch Colony. Once the British took over in
1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County,
even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through
the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants
and farmers.
Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in
1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after
1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City.
Construction on new apartment complexes, mostly mid-rise art deco
buildings, happened quickly as subway lines came to the area…
