DESCRIPTION
We have lived in and loved this apartment for over 3 years, however, we are moving on in our lives and now it is up for grabs
This is a super sun drenched 6th floor apt and very spacious. It has high ceilings throughout and high end finishes like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, etc. The kitchen itself offers lots of counter space and is a dream to cook in.
The area is very convenient with the subway only 45 seconds from the front door (yes I timed it). World class athletic park with tennis courts, track, basketball courts, swimming pool, etc is less than a 5 min walk. Bars and several great dining options are all also within walking distance. Full size supermarket is just across the street. Distance to midtown (Times square) is 20 mins on the 1 train.
It is in an elevator building with a gym, kids play area, laundry room, bike room, and lounge/dining area that you are free to take advantage of.

outpost, the area remained mostly farmland and housed rich
landowners even after the American revolution. After several
neighborhoods, with predominantly black residents, were destroyed
to make room for Central Park in the 1850's and 1860's, many went
and settled the northern part of the island, building much of the
apartment buildings and row houses that still stand today.
Harlem eventually became the heart of black culture in the
United States. In the 1920s the Harlem Renaissance made writers
