DESCRIPTION
One bedroom share in a quiet two bedroom apt. Utilities Included! Apt is located in a central location, that's conveniently close to all. Quick walk to Tribeca, Soho, Les and South Street Seaport. A quick walk to the trains 6, J, N, Q, R, W, Z, 4. and a quick bike ride over the bridge to Brooklyn. Citibikes are right in front of the park. The Buildings a walk-up. The bathroom is a good size with a roomy standup shower. I am easy going, respectful, and considerate.  Looking for the same in a roommate.  The ceiling is 9ft high so the apt has a spacious feel. I painted the apt before moving in and everything's newly renovated. The apt is beach breezy with a large windows or two in every room! There's also an ac in both rooms and a fan in the living room. If you're interested in viewing the space, seeing it through video beforehand or have any questions please let me know. Also include a bit about yourself in your response and if we're a good match lets schedule a time to meet and view the apt.
