DESCRIPTION
What do you love about this place?
The common area is spacious, and there is a dishwasher. The bathroom has a deep tub that is good for soaking. This apartment is in a great neighborhood and a block and a half from the 1 train. Lots of delis, restaurants, and grocery options. It is a short walk away from Riverside Park and St. Nicholas Park. There is a laundromat across the street and another down half a block on Broadway.
What isn't so great about this place?
It is a 5th floor walkup, and could use a little more closet space.
*We need the qualifying applicant to have their documents/payment submitted to the landlord no later than one month before move in day so any changes in the move in date will reflect that. Current goal is to have an applicant(s) by December 15.

Started by European settlers in the 17th century as a Dutch
outpost, the area remained mostly farmland and housed rich
landowners even after the American revolution. After several
neighborhoods, with predominantly black residents, were destroyed
to make room for Central Park in the 1850's and 1860's, many went
and settled the northern part of the island, building much of the
apartment buildings and row houses that still stand today.
Harlem eventually became the heart of black culture in the
