DESCRIPTION
This corner alcove studio is all light and bright, with a terrific layout and great fixtures.  An entry foyer leads past the chef's kitchen into an open living area with a wall of windows facing east and another tall window facing north.  There's a sleep alcove off the living area with a double closet and window.

The full-sized kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (fridge, range, dishwasher & microwave), with an open caesar stone breakfast bar and solid core wood grain cabinetry above and below.

The bathroom is spa-inspired with a mosaic glass wall, over-sized vanity, caesar stone counter, wood grain cabinetry, custom tiles and designer faucets and shower head.

This is a quiet apartment, up high and away from the busy avenue below, and while you have a bird's eye view of York Ave, you don't hear it!

The building offers a full suite of amenities including a fitness center, yoga room, two outdoor roof decks, a residents' lounge, business center and a laundry room.  It's been decades since a new building has made such a big impact on York Ave!

This is an occupied home - all showings are by appointment only.

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their 20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.

With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.

Boundaries of Upper East Side

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
