What do you love about this place?
We've lived in 3i for over 2 years and love it here. The apartment is a efficient corner unit with high ceilings that get tons of western and norther sunlight. The building has a laundry facility and bikeroom on the first floor. In it's sister building, 420 Lexington Ave, we have access to a roof with clear views of the Manhattan skyline and and a gym.

During COVID, management has been great about cleaning.

The building is a block south of Herbert Von King Park.
