I am putting together 4 people to be on a shared lease in a large 4 bed 2 bath apartment in a truly great part of Crown Heights. Steps from the 2,3,4,5 trains at Franklin Ave you are on gorgeous eastern parkway just a couple avenues from the Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, Botanical Gardens and so many great restaurants and bars in Prospect Heights and Crown Heights. The apartment is brand new, has a stainless steal kitchen and laundry in the building. One room has a en suite bathroom and is $1200.
To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)
-broker fee 1 month
You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.
***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (around 36k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650!!***

CROWN HEIGHTS
Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
