Having accepted a new position in Brooklyn, we were on a very tight timeframe for me to get relocated from Atlanta and get settled prior to starting my new job. After finding so many things on StreetEasy that were either, not what we really desired or, the apartments we found just got snatched up. There was one particular apartment my husband and I found that was really intriguing and this just happened to be a unit that Yosef had listed, he was SO accommodating to all our crazy questions, even with sending us a video (we had not actually seen the unit in person) that we ended up filling out the application and started the rental process immediately as it was everything we were looking for. Finally, we flew up and Yosef, met us on a Sunday evening to show us the unit in person. I/we were ecstatic! Said yes right then on the spot and gave him our deposit. I have to say this felt like home the very 1st week we were here! A friend of mine came to visit this past week and now she wants to move out of Midtown and find something in my building..WHICH of course gave her Yosef's information immediately.
