Yosef was amazing to work with. He really went the extra mile to help my mom find a place.

We absolutely loved working with Yosef. He has excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of the market, and is very helpful and efficient. We found ourselves in a situation where after completing a property purchase in July 2024, we had to move out from our Brooklyn apartment within two weeks. I work 7 days a week; my husband is often out of state and my daughter is a college student. She sent an appointment request Saturday night. We saw the apartment Sunday. I had a really narrow window between cases, so not having to wait to see the apartment and talk to the agent was a huge plus. Yosef explained everything in layman's terms and guided us through the paperwork process. We moved in on Friday, in less than a week! We have been enjoying our new place immensely! For our next Real Estate project, we will definitely be working with Yosef!

Yosef was great and truly professional! Accomidated showing me property coming all the way up from Maryland and was on time and pleasant. Answered all questions I had and helped me every step along the way in the process. One of the best, thank you!

Yosef made my apartment search go easily and smoothly. I love my new home and highly recommend him!

Yosef was incredibly helpful throughout the process. By simply sharing my preferences, he quickly identified and showed me so many excellent apartment options. Thanks to his assistance, I found a great place! 10/10 would recommend!

Yosef is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. Yosef was transparent and helpful from beginning through to the end of the leasing process. He regularly provided guidance, context and pertinent information without needing to be asked. He operated with a high level of integrity and was respectful and engaging. Yosef set a high bar for his peers and the renting experience in the NYC market would be markedly different if more people followed his lead.

An Absolute Pleasure to work with Yosef Friedman @EXR NY , Extremely patience and knowledgeable.

Yosef (Joe) was incredible — prompt and attentive without being urgent, pushy, or sleazy. It was a refreshing pleasure. Finding a new apartment can be so terrible in NYC and Yosef was to bring some 5-star service to a 2-star industry. Couldn’t recommend him more.

It was so refreshing and such a pleasure to work with Yosef. The application and approval process was the smoothest I've had in NYC. He was able to meet with me to show me the apartment in a quick turnaround and also worked through a couple potential issues without delay. Would highly recommend working with Yosef for your housing needs.

Yosef was very knowledgable and professional. He did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot, which we appreciated a lot. We would 100% work with him again in the future.

Yosef was a great help with finding the right apartment for me! He went above and beyond and was always available for me during a stressful move! He made sure everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a place! Thank you Yosef!!

Yosef was responsive and efficient. He was very helpful in our apartment search and made the application process easy!

Yosef is very kind and wad incredibly helpful with our apartment search!

My partner and I were struggling to find an apartment in New York City this summer. We even came across brokers that would entertain higher offers after receiving our deposit. But then we met Yosef, who was straightforward, helpful, and fast! We saw our apartment on a Monday afternoon and signed the lease Tuesday. Thank you Yosef!

Yosef did an incredible job at listening to our needs and offering suggestions to meet them. He was reliable, honest, and thoughtful. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more and would recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment.

Yosef was one of the most patient, gracious and helpful agents I've encountered in my time. He was very responsive and diligent start to finish - I would recommend him 10/10 times.

Our experience with Yosef was great! He was thorough, responsive, easy to work with, and very kind. Of all the agents we came into contact with during our apartment search, he was our favorite, and I highly recommend him.

Yosef was very responsive. I was moving from Albany to Brooklyn so I could only spend one day to look at many apartments. He showed me one that wasn't on the initial list, and it was that one that fit my needs the best--and I'm living in it now!

Yosef was great with getting me approved and moved-in quickly, which I really appreciated! Everything was clear and concise. I would definitely recommend Yosef to anyone.

Yosef is a fantastic agent! We got a tour of the apartment we were interested in immediately and Yosef helped speed up our application/leasing process as we had a tight move-in date. Throughout the whole process, he was very responsive and helped us resolve any issues with setting up our Internet, move-in logistics, and initial apartment questions. He even aided us post-move-in with a maintenance question. Yosef cares about his clients and will go out of his way to ensure that his clients are taken care of. We appreciate all your help, Yosef!

I have nothing but good things to say for my experience with Yosef! Finding an apartment is always stressful and brings out a side of me that I don’t like, but Yosef was incredibly patient and communicative with me despite my, at times, overly cautious and neurotic behavior. The application process was very smooth and simple. Interface of the app used was excellent and straightforward. Thank you for the seamless process in these trying times!

Yosef was very responsive, friendly, and most importantly, got us the apartment we wanted extremely quickly. He helped expedite our move in date to accommodate our needs. I would definitely recommend working with him!

Yosef was very responsive and helped proactively recommend apartments that were similar to the others that we were interested in. He scheduled multiple viewings on the same day for our convenience, and he was always available for questions throughout the process. He was a transparent and reliable broker. And now we have a place we love :)

Yosef did a fantastic job and found us the apartment we wanted. He was always on hand to help us navigate this stressful process and he answered all our questions. When obstacles arose, he was responsive and helpful throughout. He even helped us get in contact with wifi providers after we moved in!

Yosef was quick to respond, professional & friendly in person, and got us the apartment we wanted seamlessly. I would recommend working with him.

Having accepted a new position in Brooklyn, we were on a very tight timeframe for me to get relocated from Atlanta and get settled prior to starting my new job. If moving wasn't already stressful, moving from another city added to this challenge. After finding so many things on StreetEasy that were either, not what we really desired or, the apartments we found just got snatched up. There was one particular apartment my husband and I found that was really intriguing and this just happened to be a unit that Yosef had listed, he was SO accommodating to all our crazy questions, even with sending us a video (we had not actually seen the unit in person) that we ended up filling out the application and started the rental process immediately as it was everything we were looking for. Finally, we flew up and Yosef, met us on a Sunday evening to show us the unit in person. I/we were ecstatic! Said yes right then on the spot and gave him our deposit. I have to say this felt like home the very 1st week we were here! A friend of mine came to visit this past week and now she wants to move out of Midtown and find something in my building..WHICH of course gave her Yosef's information immediately. When and IF, we move from our current apartment, we would certainly reach out to Yosef in the future! He was incredible to work with!

Yosef was great to work with from start to finish! He didn't rush us when viewing, and was extremely knowledgable. His responses were quick and efficient.

Yosef was very kind and responsive from the time we reached out about our apartment until we signed the lease. He knew of our strong interest in the place and made sure we could see it as soon as the property allowed. He was honest about having more people viewing and encouraged us to apply as soon as possible. After being accepted, he was reachable and supportive during times of need. I highly recommend Yosef.

Yosef was absolutely amazing. Put up with all of my BS and worked around my crazy schedule to find me the perfect spot. #1 agent in NYC!!!

Yosef was extremely helpful and professional while helping me find the perfect apartment for me and my family! Finding an apartment can sometimes be a painful process but that was not the case with Yosef. He was completely transparent and ensured he knew what my needs were before showing me units. In the end Yosef, seamlessly helped me find the perfect apartment to call home! I highly recommend and will certainly contact him again when I’m in need for a new apartment.

Hey everyone Yosef (Joe) is very phenomenal. I highly recommend this very king gentlemen to help you all through your process of getting an apartment. Yosef is a wonderful! My roommate and I met him by chance as we were waiting for another broker who was late to a showing. He offered to help us find an apartment on the spot! He showed us multiple apartments over a few weeks, and after many showings (thankfully he didn't get tired of us wanting to see more) we found a great apartment. I would highly recommend Yosef! He is professional, funny, and easy to work with.

Working with Yosef was a delight. When he was given an address for viewing and it did not meet me and my roommate's standards, we simply explained what we were looking for and our price range and he emailed us a few options and presented us with availabilities for viewing. We were able to view a few apartments the next day and fell in love with our current place and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Although for a short time, it was a pleasure working with him, always polite and readily available to answer questions throughout the entire process, even after moving in. Thanks for helping us find our new home Yosef!!

Yosef was super helpful and polite. He always followed through and answered any questions we had from the beginning to end. We would definitely recommend him as an agent.

I rented an apartment through Joe. This was the first time getting an apt in the US and he was always kind and able to help me out with all the details around the process. He also followed up the entire application process from the first time we saw the apartment until the lease signing. I definitely recommend Joe.

My roommate and i happened to meet Yosef at one of his listings that didn't quite have what we were looking for but he found us a place we love. Even after we had signed the lease he still helped us settle in and iron out some issues we had.

Joe was a total pro in helping me find an apartment in Brooklyn. Knowledgable and flexible in arranging showings, I felt completely at ease with the whole process.
