bed easily. Facing North getting nice light.This well-maintained
building has an elevator, laundry in the building, security cameras
and a live in super as well as charming lobby. Fantastic location
with a short walk to the Q train, Carl Schurz Park, The East River
Drive, great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and a wonderful
farmers market on the block every Saturday. SORRY, NO
PETS.

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
