DESCRIPTION
A spacious alcove studio with amazing views. The apartment features white oak hardwood floors, in-unit W/D, stainless steel Bosch kitchen appliances, Caesarstone countertops and backsplash, custom closet shelving and finishes, solar shades in both the living rooms and bedrooms, in-sink garbage disposals, Hans Grohe bathroom fixtures, keyless electronic apartment access, LED energy efficient track lighting, Corian window sills and high ceilings.
A building full of amenities; an 11,300 sq. ft club level that offers an expansive resident lounge, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, plus a 7,000 sq. ft roof deck with BBQ grilling stations and awe-inspiring panoramic views. In addition, there is a 2,000 sq. ft 4th floor courtyard.
Though it's become more refined in recent years, Williamsburg still has a hipster vibe-as evidenced by indie music performances, gallery shows and shops run by local artisans. Distilleries and wineries show off the neighborhood's flair for locally made spirits, while Smorgasburg packs in creative food vendors along the riverfront on summer Saturdays. Williamsburg is one of the City's most exciting nightlife neighborhoods too, with many of NYC's trendiest restaurants and clubs.
