The apartment is very special with lots of charm. It has high ceilings and an extra loft space with a bed for guests. The apartment has storm windows, which make it quiet from any street noise, plus the bedroom is on the backside of the building facing the back courtyard and a large private deck. This is a floor-through apartment with private deck and washer and dryer. It doesn't get much nicer!
All furnishings and beds are top of the line.
High speed internet is included.

We will not be coming back to this apartment in April when our lease is through so you could easily roll this sublet into a longer lease option.
