We recently had the pleasure of working with Jacob on an apartment in Manhattan. He was very helpful and walked us through the entire process step by step. He explained all the details well and was available within moments if we had any questions. We found him to be patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the process which as we know can be a bit overwhelming. Our experience with him was so much better than we have had with past apartment rentals.
