Location: The Metropolis, 150 E 44th Street, New York, NY 10017

Description: Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are moving out of our apartment in Midtown East and looking to do a lease assignment! The apartment is on the 44th floor of The Metropolis building on 44th St between Lex and Third Ave. The apartment has tons of natural light, lots of space, and was recently renovated. Such an awesome building with amazing staff and maintenance and a great rooftop view. The fitness center was renovated within the last year.

This is a lease assignment (not a sublease) ending December 2024 with option to renew. It can be available asap but we are very flexible so we can also accommodate a summer move-in!

I'm happy to answer any questions or send additional pics / videos!
