Having moved from the UK to rent my first apartment in NYC I was a little intimidated by the process. Ian took that feeling away immediately.
His communication is excellent, his attention to detail and patience supporting with my application also far superior to anything I’ve experienced in the past.
Couldn’t recommend him more - I hope I get to deal with Ian on my next apartment hunt too. Fantastic.
