I am looking for someone to take over the lease to my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment, located on a quiet street between Gramercy and Murray Hill. The neighborhood is safe, fairly low key, and has lots of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance, and is accessible within 15 minutes to many of NYC's other awesome areas, including SoHo, the West Village, and the Upper East Side. The building is pet friendly, and has an elevator (my unit is on the 2nd floor), and is fairly small with only 11 or so units; everyone that lives here is very courteous and respectful.

The lease is up in June 2023. The apartment can be rented partially furnished or as-is (no furnishings or minimal). *MY STRONG PREFERENCE IS TO RENT NOT FURNISHED* Please note that because this is a lease takeover, the management company will not be providing cleaning services for the apartment in between residents, but I am happy to provide the name of an excellent cleaner and handyman for anything that needs to be done!
