Queens Listings Under $2,500 in March 2023

Queens is a popular borough that welcomes many monthly renters. The borough boasts plenty of communities filled with restaurants and entertainment with lower rental prices than areas in Manhattan. With neighborhoods like Astoria and Long Island City close to Manhattan, some people move to the borough for the lower-priced rents and the easy commute.

The median rent for a one-bedroom apartment across New York City increased slightly to $3,995 this month. As the slower rental season ends and Spring begins, more renters will dip their toes into an expensive market with high rental prices. However, those looking to capitalize on lower rental prices than during the summer season can still expect to find deals across the borough. The following listings below $2,500 offer outdoor space, laundry, and proximity to public transportation.
