Brooklyn Listings Under $2,600 in May 2023

Rental prices still remain high across the five boroughs this month, Brooklyn included. The borough features many neighborhoods with unique communities, local establishments, and apartment styles, and renters flock to Brooklyn to evade Manhattan’s pricing and to seize generously-sized units.

This month, the average rental price for a New York City apartment is $4,350. As the weather warms up, so does the rental market, and more renters will continue searching for apartments now through the end of summer. Bargain-conscious renters can still find units across Brooklyn with central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, and spacious bedrooms.
