As the co-founders of 617 Living, Nicole Blanchard partnered with Daniel O'Leary to exclusively list a collection of premiere luxury communities in Boston, Cambridge, Watertown and Brighton. As friends and colleagues since 2011, Nicole and Daniel specialize in condo sales and apartment rentals in the Boston real estate market. Nicole Blanchard began her career in real estate in 2011 after conducting her own search for an apartment in Beacon Hill. A high-energy, twenty-first century businesswoman, she is one of the most visible, driven, and successful luxury rental brokers in the city with extensive relationships across all neighborhoods in Boston. She has worked with a substantial clientele consisting of celebrities, local athletes, and CEOs.  Aside from real estate, Nicole enjoys running, painting abstract art, and softball. She currently lives in the Seaport District with her two her cats, Lily & Nemo. Clients appreciate her expertise in navigating the ever-changing and competitive Boston market. Daniel was "born with real estate in his veins." A product of Boston's North Shore, he spent many weekends and school vacations working for the family business-a local company focused on high-end residential real estate development.

After graduating from Boston University in 2008 with a Bachelors in Hospitality, Daniel spent time working in fine-dining for Barbara Lynch Gruppo while starting his real estate career. His goal is to combine hospitality with real estate, anticipating the needs of his clients and treating those needs as if they were his own. He is consistently on top of new listings to the luxury market, with an eye for great values and investment opportunities. Passionate and dedicated to exceeding expectations, Daniel is always one step ahead. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys Second Empire-style architecture and learning about lesser-known food and wine regions-but most importantly, a weekly dinner with his parents.
