Zain began his real estate career in July 2017 at the Citi Habitats headquarters and has successfully negotiated Manhattan residential real estate transactions on behalf of his discerning clientele comprised of real estate investors, investment banking professionals, doctors, fashion designers and models. He moved to a boutique brokerage firm in Soho prior to joining Corcoran's flagship 660 Madison Avenue office, and is highly committed to advancing himself in the industry.
Zain has been honored to share his experiences and insights at top agent panel discussions, new agent orientations and other events, and is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He also holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, and received a Property Management Certificate from the New York Real Estate Institute.
Born on the Upper East Side and a NYC resident all his life, Zain knows the market intimately from both personal and professional perspectives. His passions include hosting his online show NEW YORK CITY PULSE featuring prestigious guests and industry icons. Zain also collaborated with REDinNYC interviewing leaders in real estate and family offices about current market trends. Zain lives in Murray Hill in a private carriage house and has a country home in New York's Hudson Valley. He also likes playing piano, reading, training for Spartan races, and enjoying the breathtaking and serene atmosphere in upstate New York with his friends and family.
