Wynson is an experienced professional who specializes in working with landlords and developers in addition to serving clients looking to rent, buy or sell individually. Having been born into a family of real estate brokers, it's "in his blood". Before renting and selling residential real estate in recent years he worked as a Tenant Representative in the leasing of commercial office space.
A native New Yorker, Wynson is familiar with all neighborhoods and knows the city well. This puts him in the optimal position to be able to educate clients on what each area has to offer.
Wynson is a graduate of the prestigious New York Military Academy. Amongst the distinguished alumni are highly successful entrepreneurs such as Oscar-winning film director Francis Ford Coppola, founder of Green Mountain Coffee, Bob Stiller and real estate mogul Donald Trump as well as many more. Aspiring to follow in their footsteps, he attributes much of his early accomplishments and work ethic to having attended NYMA. Wynson believes success, and specifically in real estate, requires an above average degree of self-discipline which is exhibited in every task he undertakes.
He enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new things. Besides being an avid Tech enthusiast, he spends his free time running, working out, going to networking events, volunteering and traveling.
