My NYC apartment search story started similarly to most, thinking I could do this without a broker. After weeks of trying to find my perfect place on my own, I finally decided to give a broker a shot...that turned into about 4 brokers, all of which were pretty worthless because they didn't listen to anything I wanted...all until I met Will. He was the first broker to actually listen to what I was looking for. He took us to several apartments. Let me rephrase that- several amazing apartments. He had to put up with not only my thousands of questions, but my parents, my roommates, and her parents thousands of questions. He was very thorough in answering our questions and really helping us reach a decision of what we were looking for. William was always professional, yet had this genuine care for us as his clients to find the perfect place. He didn't give up; he even came in on a Saturday when he was supposed to be spending time with his family to show us this apartment he thought we would love. And you know what, we loved it and signed the deal that day. He made me feel like family and what I wanted was his number 1 priority... which, if you haven't dealt with a broker in NYC before, is extremely difficult to come by. I would recommend William or his partner Bill Stewart to anyone that is moving to NYC. Don't even bother shopping around for a broker, because you'll see in the end that you just wasted your time. Will is the only way to go!

My husband and I moved to NYC from CA. We contacted another broker to start looking for places a week before we would be in NYC. When in NYC, he showed us a few places and we thought we had a commitment on a place. After a few days of waiting, and our broker not being aggressive enough, we decided to take matters into our own hands...good thing too because that apartment eventually fell through. To make it more difficult, we have 3 small dogs and most landlords don't want that many pets. We called Will Rosa in response to his ad. From the start Will was very motivated to find us a place. We were under a tight schedule to sign a lease. Within 1 hour we were looking at apartments. Will's business partner, Bill Stewart, was also very helpful. While we looked at apartments he would research places and call their connections. The first day we looked at 4-5 places. Within 3 days we had found our place in Chelsea, exactly where we wanted to be and within our budget. We didn't have to compromise at all. Overall it was an emotional process (couple rejections due to pets after submitting application no fault of Will and Bill), but Will and Bill kept fighting for us and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place in NYC. It can be a daunting and scary task, but Will and Bill are brokers you can trust. We will definitely hire them again. I called Will after frantically looking around for an apartment after many opportunities fell through, but when I saw an apartment posted with Will, it was the easiest process I have ever dealt with. He always answered my calls, was available to answer any questions, and truly made this headache of finding an apartment an effortless process. Truly recommend him for any apartments due to his promptness and professionalism which are qualities that are IMPOSSIBLE to find in a Manhattan Broker. Thanks again for all the help Will!

Can't speak for the company as a whole but William Rosa and Bill Stewart were incredibly helpful and showed true professionalism throughout the grueling rental process. They were always available for our questions and even worked through the night to make sure we had our lease signed within 24 hours after initially viewing the apartment. They made the process incredibly seamless for us as clients and even negotiated our rent down on a net effective basis. Their fee was fair relative to the other brokers in the market. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome.

I wanted to reserve writing this review until I actually moved into my place. I just moved into my new apartment yesterday with my roommate and we love it! I don't have to tell you how hard it is finding a place here in Manhattan. So we searched for about 3 weeks, first trying to do it on our own without any brokers. That didn't work well so we took the next step of using a broker. What a nightmare that was. We were ready to quit the Manhattan search and move to one of the outer boroughs. So this is when we met our realtor, Will. Very reluctant to deal with any other brokers but kind of desperate to give NYC another chance we called Will. Talk about a breath of fresh air, this guy was pleasant, not all pushy and all in all a nice guy. We sat down at his office and he listened to us, he listened to all the BS we went through (sorry Will) and then paid attention to what we were looking for. After sitting down with him we went out and saw about 4 places. The last place was the one! I am sitting in my new living room now writing this review and I couldn't be happier. Wow, and to think I was going to move to Brooklyn. Everyone out there looking for a place CALL WILL, he has a ton of places but will only take you to the ones that fit what you are looking for. I don't usually write reviews but man was this guy a life saver! If you are reading this Will I hope your beautiful daughter Bella is well and may you have a much success. I am so impressed with this agent/broker. It actually felt like I was searching for an apartment with a friend. He was honest and made himself available to me unlike other agents that rushed me and pressured me. He took his time to understand what it was that I was looking for in an apartment.
