A Bronx resident all her life, Wendy specializes in rentals, sales and investment properties on the Upper East and Upper West Sides as well as Riverdale, Bronx and Westchester County - all areas she knows extremely well. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman as a licensed real estate salesperson, she worked at a managing office as a legal liaison handling over 200 buildings. Wendy also was a paralegal for real estate, corporate and tort law for over five years before that, plus worked in high-end retail. Customer service and attention to detail are her true fortes.
