Victoria was the best brokers I have met since I moved to NY. You will meet all types of brokers, many of whom would waste your time. I saw Victoria's listing at Renthop and sent her an email. She was quick in responding to my email and arranging a visit of apartments which best suited my situation. It took her less than a week in finalizing the whole process (visitation, paper works, signing and facilitating my moving). She responded to my emails, calls and text messages immediately. She was with me on the signing day and helped me by getting me in touch with good movers and giving me an idea about the place I was moving into. I can recommend her services to a family member or to a friend.
Victoria was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect apartment! She's very good about making sure the client finds the perfect fit for them. She was extremely diligent throughout the whole process and got back to me right away with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend her !

As someone moving out to the Astoria for the first time, Victoria went above and beyond in terms of telling me about the area, explaining to me my different options, and helping me get the best deal. From start to finish it only took six days for me to find the perfect apartment, apply, and sign the lease, but not once did I ever feel pressured by Victoria. She gives you as much information and help as you can, but she leaves the decision up to you and your needs.
All who've looked for an apartment know that sometimes it can feel like you're floating in the middle of the ocean, waiting many days at a time to hear back. Victoria was just the opposite, always responding within 10 minutes and keeping me updated if anything changed. I hope to stay at my new apartment for some time, but the second I need to move again in the future I'll be calling up Victoria again. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Victoria was nothing short of incredible in helping us find a new apt!! We only had a few weeks before we had to move and within a few days she had exactly what we wanted. She was very understanding of our budget, and only showed us options we could afford. We were able to get all the amenities we wanted, for our price, which rarely happens. Victoria made it possible for my roommate and I to find the perfect apartment and made our first experience navigating the NYC rental process a great one! After we described to her what we were looking for she immediately had three places for us to look at. At the third apartment, my roommate and I knew we had found the one, but it didn't seem like it would be possible with our move-in timeline and our exact budget. Victoria worked tirelessly to negotiate with the manager in order to make it work for us. When we had given up on getting the apartment, Victoria came through for us and was able to match our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend Victoria to anyone who is nervous about renting in NYC. She makes the whole experience easy (And almost enjoyable). I hope I don't need to move again anytime soon, but I would definitely use Victoria in the future.
Victoria is wonderful! She is so on it, as soon as I reached out to her she was following up via text and phone calls to make sure she could show me various apartments in Astoria. The first (and only) day we looked with her she showed us nearly 7 apartments all in the span of an hour, some in the same building and 3 within walking distance! It was more than any other broker had shown us throughout our entire search. My roommate and myself are actors and freelancers which means A LOT of paperwork from our various jobs and she handled it all with ease and grace. She has a great sense of humor, is young and fun and attentive to our needs. She even got us a delicious bottle of red wine when we signed the lease on our 2 BR Astoria apartment. I write this review in my new apartment which I am loving! Definitely recommend Victoria!
Victoria was nothing but great from the first time we met her. She was flexible, friendly and truthful. Every apartment we saw was what she said it would be, and she showed us a lot, which is very nice! Once we decided on a place, Victoria was great with guiding us through the rental process and making it as quick, and easy as possible. She was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Not only was she great during the process, but she even gave us recommendations of places to go in the area. She really did a wonderful job from start to finish and made our whole experience great!
Not often is one blown away by exceptional service, and Victoria was exceptional. She provided the best service we've had since moving to New York.

Victoria is an amazing person to work with when it comes time to search for a new apartment. My wife and I were moving out of Manhattan and found a listing by Victoria.
Since our initial contact we've all gotten to know each other better and Victoria has shown us great units and we had a fun time searching for our next dream home. Victoria is very attentive and considerate of our requirements which made our search a lot less stressful.
Even though in the end we did not go through with Victoria for our apartment I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking in New York city.

Victoria was very helpful in getting me ready for the approval process and helping me look at various places throughout Manhattan. She was very flexible with my schedule and my changing needs, while making me understand that there was such a thing called reality. Ultimately I did not rent from her because I had been working with multiple agents throughout the entire process, but I am confident that had the right apartment come on the market sooner, I would have rented from her.

Victoria is a God send! I've dealt with many realtors in the past and have always had a not so pleasant experience with them. However, when I met Victoria, she was immediately approachable and so sweet! But in a sincere and humble way. I immediately felt I could trust her, which is very important to me.
