William C. Parker III "Trey" is a seasoned veteran of the vibrant New York City real estate market. Trey's career spans well over a decade and has included a position as a manager at one of New York's largest private real estate firms. He was previously a licensed NYC real estate appraiser. A small team of investors and himself currently own and manage real property in Brooklyn & Manhattan.
Trey comes from a real estate family and real estate is in his blood. Growing up in a small town of Murfreesboro, North Carolina, he answered phone calls for his father's small town real estate company called The Parker Agency. During summers, he accompanied his father on home showings and real estate appraisal inspections.
Trey attended Chowan University in North Carolina. After college, he moved to New York City to pursue a career in real estate. He received his Real Estate Appraisal license from New York University. He is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Trey is a baseball fan. He is also an avid runner with the New York Road Runners and runs the TCS New York City Marathon annually. He supports several non-profit organizations, including Run for Kids and Team Zero Cancer.
