He is well equipped and willing to work in all surrounding boroughs of New York City as well, assisting clients in the purchase, sale or rental of real estate, and focusing on amazing investment properties with a huge ROI. He began in the field of property management as a Leasing Consultant for various multifamily communities, during which time he obtained his National Association of Leasing Professionals Certification from the NAA Institute (NALP). In addition to his property management experience, he is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York, and Licensed Provisional Broker for the State of North Carolina. Born in Fayetteville, NC, Travial lived down south until age seven when he moved to NYC. He is pursuing a Business Administration/Marketing degree online at Fayetteville Technical Community College, and currently resides in Brooklyn. In his spare time, Travial likes to focus on his passion, which is modeling. He is always looking for different ways to revamp his look and add something new and refreshing to his portfolio.
