Terrance was born and raised in New York City. He comes to REAL New York after spending over five years as the senior premium manager at Barclays Center. After growing within the company and leading a sales department; Terrance learned to develop great relationships and provide excellent communication to clients that allowed them to always have a great experience with him.
As a licensed real estate salesperson, Terrance looks to bring great value to each of his clients by keeping a transparent relationship that allows him to be an open door and give as much information as possible. Terrance's passion for real estate comes from seeing the changes in New York and wanting to be a part of helping people find the best place for them. Using his great knowledge of the neighborhoods of New York, Terrance promises to make every client feel like they are working with a caring agent that will seek the best options for them as if it was his own.
Terrance attended Nassau Community College in Long Island, NY. He loves listening to all types of music, collecting sneakers, and going to see standup comedy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and teaching his son new things.
