Tatiana Castro is a native New Yorker whose life experience and perspective growing up in New York, coupled with her inside knowledge of the real estate industry makes her an invaluable asset to her clients. With each transaction, she takes the time to assess what her client may already know and works to support or dispel that information with market facts and figures. She is resourceful and diligent, working tirelessly to streamline the process and provide the best possible options.

Throughout her career in the real estate industry, Tatiana has built a reputation for being ethical and hardworking. Before joining BOND, Tatiana worked as the Director of Leasing for a property management company in Manhattan with a portfolio of over 60 properties and 1,200 apartments throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Her experience as a Leasing Director gave her insight into the mindset of a landlord and the inner workings of the rental process. She also honed her skills in marketing, negotiating, conflict resolution and management of multiple vendors and contractors. The skills she acquired as the Director of Leasing, gives her clients a competitive edge.
