Her experience spans across Boston, New York City, and Fairfield County, commercial and luxury residential sales and leasing, new development and property management, which affords her discriminating clients a driven agent with a distinctive edge to serve their needs.
Working alongside the Vice Chairman, Head of Development, at Ian Schrager Development, Tara had direct involvement in such projects as the Public hotel on Chrystie St., 160 Leroy Street, conceptualized by Ian Schrager and designed by Herzog and de Meuron, as well as the development of the Marriott Edition Clocktower, and the Edition Miami. In this role, she enjoyed the opportunity to hone her keen eye for detail and design, born at the start of her career at VOGUE.
Tara entered the world of real estate through investor relations roles at private equity and private real estate debt investment firms, where she demonstrated her keen organizational, analytical, and solution finding skills liaising with high net worth and institutional investors.
A multi-faceted, service-centric professional, Tara is extremely committed to going above and beyond for her real estate clients whether they are seeking or selling a home in NYC. She is intimately familiar with the diverse buildings, areas, amenities and market trends, and very attuned to the desires of each of her clients.
Originally from Scranton, PA, Tara currently resides on Manhattan's Upper East Side. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University, and completed the Columbia University Post Baccalaureate Business Program. She enjoys tennis, skiing, yoga, surfing, bicycling and entertaining.
