Sylvia Ang brings more than 12 years of experience and an encyclopedic knowledge of the New York City real estate market to her role as TOWN's Director of Listings.
As Director, Sylvia is responsible for the company's massive database of exclusive sales and rental listings, and acts as a liaison between TOWN's expert Representatives and the city's management companies and landlords. Known for her efficiency and bias for action, she ensures the database is accurate, up-to-date and legally compliant. She interfaces with the IT team to implement continual system improvements, and handles all listing syndication and market reports. She also works closely with managers and agents to conduct frequent training sessions and lend her keen insights to the business development process.
Sylvia began her real estate career as a licensed Representative helping clients achieve their goals of owning and renting homes in Manhattan. During that time, she developed a sterling reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and for forging an incredible network of customers, building owners, management companies and developers that continues to prove invaluable to this day.
