Afterward, they continued to provide assistance on setting up utilities, getting the keys from the landlord and providing valuable recommendations for amenities such as window treatment, internet service and moving assistance.

Steven and his team were instrumental in finding me the best apartment at the right price. Living in New York City for 15 years I was extremely picky and disenchanted with what the rental market had to offer at my price point. Steven put my worries and stress to rest with his knowledge of the market and relationships with the top building owners in the city.

After spending a solid month meeting random realtors on street corners and seeing horrible apartments, I finally contacted Steve and met with him in his office to discuss what I was looking for in an apartment. Apartment Search:
I only had 2 days in NYC to look for an apartment, since I was traveling internationally at the time, and Steve worked very efficiently to find apartments online, and scheduled the showings promptly. While I was looking at apartments around NYC with a realtor from Bond, Steve was able to schedule additional showings on the fly, which utilized my time in NYC really well.
Signing the lease:
Once I found the apartment that I wanted to rent, Steve quickly drafted a lease, and was able to send in the lease application within the hour. He also helped me negotiate the rent for the apartment for a more favorable one.
All in all, Steve was great in helping me find an apartment that was right for me in the limited time that I had. If you're looking for an apartment anywhere in NYC, I would highly recommend Steve.

I strongly recommend Steve (and his team) as a broker in the NYC metro area. He is highly compassionate, timely, organized, knowledgeable, and determined when it comes down to finding you the right place to live and call home. He will always make you feel like you are his top priority. He's very fast to respond to email/text/phone calls. Also, his integrity is above and beyond that of most NYC brokers just looking to make a quick commission.
I worked with Steven trying to find an apartment within walking distance of my work in Midtown East. He and his wife Tina, who I also worked with, were great. They didn't bring me to any apartments way out of my price range or neighborhoods, and were very professional. After living alone in a studio upper east for 2 1/2 years, I decided to move in with my girlfriend. We worked with Steve and his wife, Tina in April 2013 to find a new 1 bedroom. Steve sat us down day 1 and really listened to our situation, needs, and priorities. Then they immediately took us out to 4-5 apartment showings that were exactly what we were looking for. After one more day of showings we decided on the perfect apartment, submitted and application, and were approved and signed the lease within 2 days. It was a fast and very easy experience. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Steve and Tina. They were knowledgable, friendly, and consultative. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for an apartment in the city.
