Stephanie Rose Principal Broker of The Real Estate Company, has more than 13 years of progressively responsible experience directing as many as 90 salespeople in start up companies with current revenues in excess of $10 million. Stephanie has been an integral driving force behind these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. Stephanie entered real estate through the Real Estate Group of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as a construction project coordinator on a variety of brands, including Sheraton, Westin, aloft, Element and W. Her solid understanding of both lifestyle branding and real estate make her ideally suited to transform the brokerage industry and lead her company into rapid expansion, specifically in emerging markets. Her career includes new business development positions at local New York city real estate brokerage firms and hospitality real estate consulting for The Blackstone Group across the UK and Europe. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University in Real Estate Development, Investment and Law.
