Stephanie Grubbs is a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, from multi-unit investment properties, single-family homes and condos, vacation rentals, and most recently a homestead in upstate New York. Passionate about real estate investing, Stephanie has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client's expectations.
She studied Finance and Interdisciplinary Studies with a BS from Old Dominion University, and worked as a Financial Advisor for nearly two decades. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, collaborating with clients, lawyers and lenders, and effectively marketing listings.
After living in Virginia for over thirty years, Stephanie and her husband, Todd, along with their youngest daughter, Laney, threw their hats over the wall and moved to NYC. Their oldest daughter, Kenzie attends college in Virginia. In her coveted free time, Stephanie practices yoga, roller-blades and plays volleyball. She has two rescue dogs, a pitbull named Clutch and a maltipoo named Doobie.
Active in the community, Stephanie proudly volunteers at Exhale to Inhale and Restore, two organizations who's efforts are to combat domestic violence, sexual assault and to end human trafficking.
