"My broker was Soledad (Sole) Perez and my experience was amazing. My husband and I had to relocate from DC to NYC, and only had 1 weekend we could go up to look at apartments. I had emailed many brokers about 1.5-2 months prior to our move date, and everyone said I was emailing too far out, and that they couldnt help me until I was several weeks within my move date, except for Sole. Even though I wasnt in need of anything  "immediately", she promised to keep in touch with me and continue to look for places within our wants/needs, in a time frame which was closer to our move date. She kept her promise and emailed me back several weeks later, to see if I still needed help. I informed her of the weekend we would be up in NYC, and  she took the entire weekend to show us places. We meet with her friday, saturday and sunday, and I was so impressed with her patience, kidness and ability to show us apartments and buildings within our budget and within our requirements. She ended up showing us the perfect place and we were able to apply and sign the lease that weekend! She made sure we were prepared with all our documents as well, which got the application going immediately. She also showed us places where her fee was still only one months rents, which were the exact same places that another broker from Citi Habitats told us his fee was 15% of the years rents (which would have been 2400$ more than her fee)!. She was very helpful, sweet and did a great job at keeping in close touch with us, which in the end allowed up to find an appartment in just one weekend! She is highly recommended!"

I was put in contact with Sole through a friend who had previously worked with her and highly recommended her. With this being my first time in the city I was intimidated and stressed by the daunting task of finding the right apartment in a good area. "Sole made a very difficult process easier than I could have expected. I was spending lots of time looking online to find an apartment. I reached out to multiple agents; most of them never got back to me or had postings that were nonexistent,and the ones that I did reach to set up appointments, they never confirmed and we never went out. I happened like a listing that was posted by Sole. That very day she reached out to me and we set up an appointment. Not only was I on my way to finding a place but she was very knowledgeable about the Market and some of the other listings that I was interested in. Right away she knew which places would allow a true pressurized wall, which ones required the tenant to be responsible for the wall etc. All of this information was very helpful because I'm new to the area and had no idea what to expect. She also preferred to show us places where the brokers fee was being paid by the landlord not the tenants. My roommate and I went to view three places and at the end of our visit gave her feedback (which she asked for) about which of the places we really liked and what kinds of things we would like to see. By the second visit I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and her attentiveness to our needs. The places that we saw on our second visit were by far exactly everything we hoped for location wise pricewise and took our commute into consideration. That very day she found us our apartment. We took a second look at the apartment just to make sure we absolutely loved it which we did. The leasing office was closed at that point so we could not put our application in. Sole took our application with the application fees and said that she would bring it back the following day as soon as the office opened. This is just one example of how Sole went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful that she found us."
