Upon moving to New York City from his hometown of Tel Aviv, Israel, Shalev Katzav was determined to engrave his own personal stamp in the greatest city in the world and make a mark on one of the most competitive, challenging restaurant industries. Through this passion for food and boundless determination, he established his first Wrapido in Chelsea in 2009 and grew the chain to success with three thriving locations. It is with this same drive, determination and "hunger" that Shalev approaches his real estate business, and gets results for his clients. A Manhattan resident for over 14 years, Shalev has experienced life here in many vibrant neighborhoods including the Upper East and West Sides, Hell's Kitchen, West Village, Chelsea, and currently Columbus Circle. He has investment properties outside of the U.S., and believes that real estate, especially in NYC, holds the best value one can attain.
Fluent in Hebrew and English, Shalev enjoys soccer, basketball, tennis, fishing and reading in his free time. He is a blue belt in Kung Fu, and is a major lover of animals.
