I was shown the same apartments brokers wanted to charge me $2800 for 😂😂😂and I got it for $300!! Great company, great agents

I paid $300 and received the management website for the apartment we wanted. We submitted and application in their office and were approved. It definitely beats the $2300 broker fee we were almost going to accept. Thank you Xavier.

I contacted Samantha through renthop. After meeting her, I was assigned to work with an agent. I paid a listing fee and received serveral apartments on the upper east side. Unfortunately I have not applied to any yet. However, the listings are great and directly from management companies so it is no fee. I will be applying for an apartment soon. l and will update renthop on the status. I would recommend anyone looking to skip the broker to work with her.

I worked with Jared from Samantha's office. They are Apartment Vendors. He gave us a brokers list. Worked out better than I thought.
