Sam often says he is "a small-town guy in the big city," and he loves it. Originally from the Midwest, he was born and raised in a small town in Indiana, earned a BA in Theater, and came to New York City after studying improv at Second City in Chicago.
Nearly 30 years later, Sam remains passionate about this great city and has thrived here personally and professionally. He has lived on the Upper East Side, Midtown East, and the Upper West Side where he currently resides and has run a successful dog walking business for over 25 years. His clients love him because he truly listens, strives to make them happy, and genuinely cares about their most important possessions.
His drive and entrepreneurial spirit were a natural fit for real estate. Sam understands that making a decision about where to live in New York City and what you can afford can be difficult. Sam rents in NYC and owns a home in Woodstock, NY where he enjoys hiking and biking. He also loves Broadway shows and black box theatre, and has a jewelry company that sells online and at Macy's that supports the LGBTQ community.
