Rocio has always prided herself on providing excellent service, communication and client management. She genuinely cares about the people she is working for and to finding the best possible solution for their needs. Born and raised in Honduras, Rocio is now a New Yorker. After receiving an undergraduate degree in Business and Hospitality, she graduated with a Master's Degree in International Affairs from City University of New York City College. From 2011 to 2017, she served as Diplomat for the Honduras General Consulate. In her role as Consular Agent, she is most proud of the work she did with displaced children and was recognized by the NY State Senate for her efforts and dedication.
Prior to that, Rocio worked in media for many years. Her experience helps her create compelling real estate content, from taking photos and showcasing listings to providing compelling previews and peeks into NYC real estate with her growing Instagram fan base (www.instagram.com/rocionycrealestate). As a digital native, she can offer information, data, logistics and coordination in modern formats people are accustomed to using. Her mobile-first, technological approach to communicating and coordinating is appreciated, as is her personal touch.
Rocio holds a NY State Real Estate License and is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY. She has deep knowledge of inventory in Manhattan across various rental price points and spends all her free time viewing, evaluating and categorizing listings. Rocio loves cooking, which leads her to explore all of NYC's farmer's markets, butchers, fish mongers and local grocers around the city. She is a huge foodie/food blogger (www.instagram.com/happygordita), an art enthusiast and collector, and an avid Citibike rider who makes biking a daily habit.
