Riad Touchan hails from Damascus, Syria where he graduated from the University of Architecture in 1978. He started his carrier working for the United Nations in his home town and spent 3 decades in their construction office until he retired. He possesses an international knowledge in real estate in the Middle East and France as he was dealing and engaged in some similar business there.

Riad worked for two years in a reputable petroleum company in Algeria as an Engineer coordinator for a project with a cost of approximately half billion Euros. He was generous in providing his subordinates all kinds of advice, guidance and past business experience, in order to improve and develop the quality of work and was accustom to treating people the way he wanted to be treated.

With a lot of his travel around Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Riad could not find a better place to live other than Manhattan which possesses an attractive and unique ambiance both during the days and nights, so he decided to settle with his family here, in Midtown East.

Riad speaks French, Arabic, and English. He is proud to be a sponsor of Usrat Ikhat, a school for handicapped children and disabled people in his home town of Damascus, for the last 30 years.
Now engaged with Kian Realty, Riad hopes to utilize all his past experience to better serve his clients when facing all the challenges and competition in the NYC market.
