Raymond is a native New Yorker; born and raised in Queens, N.Y.  Giving credit and appreciation where it's due - his family had the amazing foresight to migrate to NY and he's extremely humble to call this place, New York, his home.  

Raymond attended SUNY Stonybrook University for two years, before he made up his mind to tackle NYC head-on at CUNY Baruch College, where he obtained a B.B.A. in Finance & Investments.  After working nearly five years at a New York based distressed debt firm, Bowery Investment Management, LLC, he realized that it was not his only calling in life.  What began as a personal goal to not only own real estate and run his own businesses, Raymond has chosen to become a real estate agent because each transaction, whether a rental, investment sale, or business development; it will create a direct and positive impact on each relationship formed.

Having close family and friends living in homes stretching as far out as Suffolk county, Long Island to Staten Island and everything in between, Raymond has the knowledge to understand the ever-changing dynamics each segmented environment has to offer.  With this advantage and a dedicated agent by your side, it will ultimately help service your real estate needs.
