I was referred to Ray by my cousin. He rented her apartment out in Chelsea and hes been awesome he was very attentive to our needs. At this point in my life I decided to search for a condo but needed an apartment in the mean time. He will also be helping with my home purchase. I feel relieved because this can take a few months and I want to deal with someone who listens and keeps me updated like he did.

I met Ray at an open house a few weeks ago and although I didn’t rent that specific apartment from him, he has been working with me to help me find the perfect place! I owe him much more than just a good review because thanks to him I was able to sign onto a lease for my new home! I can’t thank him enough.

I absolutely loved Ray as my agent and I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends I usually don’t do reviews but he truly deserves it he is so patient, so transparent, and was always ready to answer any questions I had (which were many) he was awesome!

Excellent agent. Very responsive and gives honest answers. Lots of transparency and didnt show me 100 apartments just my best options. super easy to work with even in the stressful fall season. Will call him again!
