I had just moved to the city from GA. I stayed with a friend for a few months, so I was still learning the area. However, I knew the general area of where I wanted to live. I got a few realtor recommendations from coworker and friends. Thank goodness for Rammi. I could hardly find the time for phone calls, but Rammi was good about being available and responsive. He was very familiar with the area and even the subway lines (big bonus)! I recall giving him a “must have” list and then the suggestions came quickly. I don’t usually leave reviews but I couldnt help after working with Rammi. It’s great that I wanted to return this favor looking for my laptop I rarely use at home because it looks like it was also stolen along with my toolbox that I kept my desert stash that I hide from my wife. The bad news is I thought it was my wife who found it, so I exposed myself to her. The good news that came out of this horrifyingly boring theft story is that I have an amazing home now. I met Rammi by chance in Manhattan. I was doing some rounds in the city when I saw him giving a tour of some apartments to some other people. I waited until he finished and I approached him. I told him I was looking for an apartment and I would like to check out that one. I had no appointment or any prior arrangement of any nature but he was kind enough and agreed to give me a tour of the apartment. It was good but not exactly what I wanted. I gave him my specifications and he told me he has one in mind. We arranged for a meeting the following day and he took me to the apartments and I loved them! I am moving to NYC from out of state, and had some previous bad experiences with other realtors that left me feeling as if I were being ignored, taken advantage of, and misled. Wonderful experience! I was incredibly worried when I was transferred to Manhattan from Atlanta that I'd have to "settle" on an apartment which lacked the amenities and features I desired. Rammi was great! I initially came across him when I was searching on another website, and then found all the great listings he had on here. All of his images and descriptions are true to the units he showed me and there was no bait and switch of any kind, which I've had issues with in the past.
