"In my past life, I worked primarily in the publishing industry. However, I also worked as a doorman at a co-op building in the West Village for two years, and briefly worked for the Westview News, a West Village community newspaper which I distributed to literally every building in the West Village. As a New Yorker, I've always followed real estate closely and am interested in architecture and design."
He is also known for his sense of humor, and his clients have come to rely on his quick wit to get them through any stressful situation.
Over the last forty years, Paul has lived downtown--starting on the Lower East Side and the East Village before settling into Nolita. He is partial to downtown because of its human-scaled neighborhood feel. He even created a walking tour of the East Village, based on his book, New York Trilogy. Paul is as in love with the city as when he first moved here and considers it the cultural capital of America. Theater, movies, music, art-Paul is always on the hunt for anything cultural that can be found in the city and he never comes up short.
In his other life, he is a comedian, writer, actor, singer and producer.
