Inspired by his passion for real estate, Patrick took a leap of faith and became a residential sales agent in New York City. From being a public servant to serving his clients, he gives 110 percent of his heart, time and effort in every situation.
Patrick joined The CGC Team at Corcoran after working for another top brokerage team, bringing along the best training to tackle NYC's bustling real estate market. His goal is to unite clients with a home in their dream location, educate them every step of the way, and help them fully experience the lifestyle this great city has to offer.
Known for his keen communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills, Patrick is both easy to work with and dedicated to getting results. His focus is on getting clients optimal value, working relentlessly to meet their needs and form lasting relationships built on trust and transparency.
Originally from Cranford, NJ, Patrick earned a B.A. in Biblical and Religious Studies from Messiah College. He went on to receive an M.A. in Education with a Teaching concentration and M.S. in Education with an Educational Leadership concentration from Saint Peter's and Fordham Universities respectively. In addition to his impressive educational background, Patrick was a nationally-ranked state wrestling champion in high school who went on to compete in college. He adeptly taps into his fighting mentality when it comes to protecting his clientele's interests.
Patrick began his professional life as a high school teacher's aide for behavioral disability students and grew to become a middle school educator of special education and history in New Jersey and New York. He later needed a change of pace and spent two years in law enforcement in Augusta, GA.
Outside of work, Patrick loves spending time at home with his wife and former high school sweetheart, Amanda, their Bulldog Carl and Miniature Dachshund Penny. Staying close to his wrestling roots, he's a huge supporter of Rutgers Wrestling, and, like a true-spirited New Yorker, an avid Yankees fan as well.
